Digita Info provides basic information on all of Digita’s services, of which the most well-known ones are AntennaTV, radio, MobileTV and @450 Broadband. Digita Info’s technical support experts are profoundly familiar with the following topics: • Digita’s broadcasting networks • antenna systems • coverage areas • receiving problems connected with the broadcasting network • radio broadcasting weather• compatibility of different types of terminal equipment with the services of Digita’s networks

Info telephone provides information on unexpected interference 24 hours a day.
In addition to Digita Info, Digita offers an Info Telephone for informing consumers about unexpected interference. Available on the number 020 411 7878, the service provides information on unexpected interference, e.g., in the TV network 24 hours a day.
The service message tells the caller the network, area and channels suffering from the break and the point in time when the break started. Error reports reach the service number with a slight delay. Calls to Digita Info and the Info Telephone cost 8.21 cents per call and 5.9 cents per minute from a line telephone and 8.21 cents per call and 16.9 cents per minute from a mobile phone.
